Features

The cottage features ducted air conditioning and ceiling fan throughout. There are three generous size bedrooms, open plan lounge, dining area, bathroom with bathtub and shower, separate toilet, internal laundry.

We supply all linen & towels (hand towel and bath towel for every guest). All beds are furnished with quality linen, doonas fitted with decorative covers and an under the blanket sheet, blankets; all pillows are fitted with clean and fresh pillowcases We aim to make your holiday stay the best that we can possibly do.

Bedroom one has a queen-sized bed, two bedside table and reading lamps
Bedroom two has another queen bed, two bedside table and reading lamps: dressing table and built-ins.
Bedroom three with built-ins has a double bunk bed and a single bed. There is also a drawer unit for extra storage.

Open Plan Lounge & Dining Area

The lounge room consists of a brand new sofa from Harvey Norman which seats 7 comfortably. New entertainment unit with LED TV, Blue Ray DVD player with a selection of DVDs or adults and children, Bose speaker with iPod preloaded with pop music. A Buffet on the side for extra storage or serve afternoon tea.

The dining room features a large brand new timber dining suite with matching chairs seating eight and a side table.

Modern Kitchen

The kitchen is fitted with an impressive electric cook-top, oven/grill, microwave oven, brand new family size fridge, dishwasher, water filter tap, toaster, electric kettle, and everything you will ever need. There are glasses, wine glasses, beer glasses, mugs & jugs. Quality kitchen knives, bowls, plates, cutlery & chopsticks, and serving platters.

Tea & coffee are supplied along with basic pantry supplies to be used and replaced as needed.

Bathroom with Separate Toilet & Laundry Room

Classic bathroom design including a bathtub, overhead shower, washing basin and wide mirror.

Separate toilet with toilet paper supplied.

Laundry room equipped with a brand new washer/dryer combo, an iron board and clothing basket.

Outdoor clothes line available behind the house.

Enjoy an Aussie favour BBQ under the sun with your family and friends. Family size BBQ with gas bottles provided.

What is Provided

Bed linen and towels. One bath towel and one hand towel, warm quilt and pillows, extra blanket and pillows in the wardrobe in the laundry if needed.

General Herbs, spices & condiments, teas, instant coffee, basic pantry items. Please replace these if you use them.
Plates, cups, bowls, glasses and cutlery, pots, pans, baking tins, platters, salad bowls, toaster, kettle, Aldi coffee machine and oven mits.
Dishwashing tablets for 2 uses.
Laundry powder.
Iron and ironing board.
Hairdryers in bathroom draw.
